The Ask

Sundowns Stories was an overall collaboration between Mamelodi Sundowns FC and ur agency to explore the premium storytelling space on YouTube for the incoming Chariman of South Africa's most succesful football club. We produced 4 unique docuemntary short films, released for free on YouTube and accompanied by a wider social media marketing and communications plan. Masinde explores the life of one of the team's most prized players of the past decade, the Ugandian superstar Denis Onyango. From his very modest beginnings in life in Uganda to winning every trophy an African footballer can - Masinde is a tribute to a true legend of the game.
