THE TORTILIS EXPERIENCE

Situated in Tanzania, Tortilis Camps offer a range of high-end tented camps in some of Tanzania's most remarkable natural locations. In 2019 the family-owned brand underwent a full relaunch and we were commissioned to create all of the digital content required for this. The goal was simple: capture the spirit of the brand through still and moving imagery and tell the story of each camp in a beautiful, emotive and honest way.

The EXECUTION

Over the course of 3 weeks, we sent a team of 2 filmmakers, a photographer and 2 models to spend time at the 4 Tortilis camps. With a clearly defined set of deliverables, our team went about visiting Tortilis' Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara Camps, documenting every aspect of life in these camps from a travelers perspective. On completion of the shoot, post-production commenced over a month-long period in our Cape Town studio and included title and logo animation, script development and voice over recording.
